Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a legal notice was served upon the respondents on 18.03.2020 which is annexed with the petition as

Annexure P-7. The petitioner was also called for personal hearing on 03.11.2020 but no action has been taken so far.

Notice of motion.

At the asking of the Court, notice on behalf of respondents has been accepted by Ms. Shubhra Singh, Addl. A.G., Haryana, who submits that this

petition is pre-mature as the matter is still under consideration and no action has been taken so far.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case the direction is issued by this Court to take action on the

pending legal notice dated 18.03.2020 (Annexure P-7) moved by him.

Without commenting anything on the merits of the case and by considering the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present

petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-the Chief Administrator, Haryana State Agriculture Marketing Board, Panchkula, Haryana

to take action on the pending legal notice dated 18.03.2020 served by the petitioner, in accordance with law within a period of 02 weeks from the date

of receipt of certified copy of this order. It is clarified that not only the averments made in the legal notice but the averments made in the present

petition be also taken into consideration while passing the order.
