1. The limited Prayer which the petitioner has made in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondent for grant of regular pay scale.
2. According to the petitioner that he has been working with the respondents since 25.09.2013 as a Vehicle Driver and the petitioner is being paid
salary at the collector rate prescribed from time to time.
3. According to the petitioner, he has been working against sanctioned vacant post and therefore, the respondent authority should consider the case of
the petitioner for regularization as well as for grant of regular pay scale payable to a regular employee.
4. Let the petitioner, in this regard, make a fresh representation to the Respondent No. 2 supported with all relevant documents in support of his claim
within a period of 15 days and the respondent No. 2 in turn shall take an appropriate decision in accordance with the rules and regulations governing
the field particularly in respect of the claim for a grant of regular pay scale to the petitioner as well as the issue of regularization.
5. Let this exercise be completed by the Respondent No. 2 within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of the representation.
6. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of.
