1. The petitioners / plaintiffs application for calling the Revenue Inspector and Patwari for examination has been rejected by the trial Court vide

Annexure - P/1 on the ground that details on the basis for which they are being summoned are not given, against which this writ petition under article

227 of the Constitution has been filed.

2. Be that as it may, the petitioner would be at liberty to make a fresh application giving the full details for summoning the Revenue Inspector and

Patwari before the trial Court which, in turn, will be considered and decided by the trial Court in accordance with law.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
