1. Heard.

2. The instant petition is filed for the reason that respondent No.6 Rajesh Mishra is misusing the power and using third degree method on the petitioner

and threatening for the reason that the FIR has been lodged on his instance.

3. In any case, the nature of complaint which is made it involves different facts about the authenticity of the same. At this stage, this Court is not

inclined to pass any opinion as to whether the complaint so made is a gospel truth or not. The petitioner would be at liberty to approach the higher

officials in case of need and make representation. In case the representation is made, the police higher officials are expected to make impartial

enquiry in the matter.

4. With such observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
