1. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that petitioners have made application / compliant to the Registrar, Firms and Societies under

Section 33 of the Chhattisgarh Society Registration Act, 1973 which is pending consideration since 21.06.2017 that may be directed to be considered

and decided expeditiously.

2. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The prayer is fair and reasonable and is accordingly allowed.

4. Be that as it may, the Registrar, Firms and Societies is directed to consider and decide the petitioners' representation expeditiously, preferably within

a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order after hearing the affected parties.

5. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
