1. The challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the order of contractual appointment issued in favour of the respondent No.4.

2. The counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner has been working on the said post since 2016 and there does not appear to be anything

adverse which is against the petitioner for which the petitioner's services could have been discontinued and in place a fresh appointment had to be

made.

3. Taking into consideration the limited dispute that has been raised by the petitioner, let the petitioner make a detailed representation in this regard to

the respondent No.2 - Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat Masturi with all the relevant documents and credentials in support of his claim.

That on such representation being made, the respondent No.2 shall consider the same and decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law

within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of representation of the petitioner.

4. With the aforesaid observation the Writ Petition stands disposed off.
