1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner would submit that petitioner has made a representation on 15.05.2017 before the Collector,

District Baloda Bazar for redressal of his grievance which is still pending consideration and has not been decided till date, therefore, directions may be

issued to respondent authority to consider and decide the same expeditiously.

2. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

4. Be that as it may, the Collector, Baloda Bazar is directed to consider petitioner's representation and dispose of the same expeditiously preferably

within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner would also be at liberty to file additional representation, if

any.

5. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
