Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Nobody appears for the respondent although affidavit of service shows that notice has been finally served
through paper publication on 18.8.2021. Sufficient time has already elapsed. If the respondent does not appear by the next date, the petitioner
shall be heard ex-parte.
Post the matter before the Court of Registrar on 23.11.2021 for passing necessary orders and directions to make the petition ready for hearing.
