1. The matter is taken up through Virtual hearing.

2. Heard Mr. D. C. S. Rawat, learned Counsel for the writ applicant and Mr. T. S. Phartyal, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State.

3. In this case, the petitioner has prayed the following reliefs:

“(A) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent concerned to forthwith

release the fund in favour of the petitioner society as approved by the Committee vide its meeting dated 17.09.2021.

(B. To issue any other writ, order or direction, which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

(c) Award the cost of the writ petition in favour of the petitioner.â€​

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner confined his prayer only to the extent that the petitioner’s representation dated 06.01.2022 may be directed to

be disposed mitigating his grievances.

5. In that view of the matter, the writ application is disposed of directing the respondent no. 1 to take a decision on the representation of the petitioner

dated 06.01.2022 (Annexure No. 5) within a period of 21 days from the date of production of certified copy of this Order before him. Learned counsel

for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall produce a downloaded copy of this Order from the High Court website with an endorsement of

correctness by Mr. D. C. S. Rawat, within 10 days along with copy of the writ application.

6. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel shall also intimate about this order to the authorities concerned.
