2. Since this case relates to the offence under Section 147, 148, 302/149 of the IPC read with Section 3(2)(va) of the SC and ST (PA) Act, notice
needs to be issued to respondent No.2.
3. Learned counsel for the appellant is directed to serve required number of copies of the CRLA on the learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State
within three working days hence in order to enable him to serve notice upon the respondent No.2 through the IIC of the concerned police station
regarding hearing of the appeal.
