The petitioners have been arrested in connection with the FIR No.70/2022 of Police Station Sadar Bazar, Jodhpur for the offences punishable under

Sections 147, 148, 149, 153-Ka, 332, 353, 336, 307, 160, 427, 295-Ka of IPC. They have preferred these bail applications under Section 439 Cr.P.C.

Learned Public Prosecutor has shown the factual report, which indicates that no direct attribution in regard to crime or violence is reported against any

of the present petitioners.

Having regard to the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case as also the fact that conclusion of the proceedings is likely to take some time

and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court deems it just and proper to grant bail to the accused petitioners under Section

439 Cr.P.C.

Accordingly, these bail applications filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. are allowed and it is directed that petitioners (1) Hassain Bilal S/o Shri

Arshaddulla (in SBCRLMB No.6959/2022), (2) Kamlesh Soni S/o Shri Babulal Soni (in SBCRLMB No.6620/2022) and (3) Narendra Soni S/o Sh.

Prakash Chandra Soni (in SBCRLMB No.6960/2022), shall be released on bail in connection with FIR No.70/2022 of Police Station Sadar Bazar,

Jodhpur provided each of them execute a personal bond in a sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sound and solvent sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the

satisfaction of learned trial court for their appearance before that court on each and every date of hearing and whenever called upon to do so till the

completion of the trial.
