Heard Mr. Ashok Kumar, learned counsel for the appellant, who has challenged the order dated 05.12.2019, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 23510 of 2019,

whereby his request for a direction to the respondents to digitize the revenue records as per the existing manual with particular reference to

Jamabandi No. 50 in Katoria Anchal of District-Banka was rejected.

The learned Single Judge has rightly observed that this falls in the domain of the administrative work of the respondents, for which the appellant was

not able to show any cause for his writ petition to be entertained.

However, on the statement made by the counsel for the appellant that that request made to the learned Single Judge to issue direction to the

concerned respondent to dispose of his already pending representation was not taken into account; we, while disposing of this appeal, direct that in

case such representation, as has been referred to by the learned counsel for the appellant, is moved before the concerned authority, it shall be

adverted to and a reasoned order shall be passed.

The appeal stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction.

Needless, to say that we have expressed no opinion regarding the merits of the case of the appellant.
