Taking note of the documents produced before us by the learned Government Pleader which purport to show compliance with the directions issued by
the Tribunal in the order impugned in this OP(KAT), we dispose this OP(KAT) by directing the Government to produce the documents now shown to
us before the Tribunal on 30.08.2022 (tomorrow), so as to enable the Tribunal to close the proceedings before it. We also make it clear that in the light
of the submission now made before us by the learned Government Pleader, the Secretary to the Government and the second petitioner, who were
asked to be personally present before the Tribunal on 30.08.2022, need not present themselves before the Tribunal for the time being.
This OP(KAT) is disposed as above.
