This is an application filed by the applicants for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the respondent before the Registry of this Court pursuant to
directions issued by this Court in LA APP No.28 of 2012 which has since been disposed of.
Learned Assistant Solicitor General has no objection to the said prayer.
Accordingly, any amount deposited before the Registry of this Court along with accrued interest thereon be released in favour of the applicants.
The application stands disposed of.
