1. This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India seeking directions to the Learned Junior Civil Judge at Bellampally for

expeditious disposal of IA.No.629 of 2022 filed under Order 39, Rule 1 and 2 CPC in OS.No.110 of 2022. Be it stated that the said interlocutory

application was filed on 27.09.2022. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner that the respondent has filed vakalat but counter

yet to be filed.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that in view of the urgency expressed, though urgent notice was ordered the said

interlocutory application is still pending and a direction be issued to the court below for expeditious disposal of the same.

3. Therefore, having regard to the fact that the said interlocutory application is filed on 27.09.2022, considering the facts of the case, mandate under

Order 39, Rule 3A of CPC, the learned Junior Civil Judge, Bellampally is hereby directed to expedite the disposal of the IA.No.629 of 2022 and shall

make every endeavour to dispose of the same within one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of without costs before admission.

5. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stands closed.
