1. Applicant goes un-represented.

2. Ms. Pattanayak, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of alleged contemner and submits, compliance affidavit has been filed disclosing communication dated 15th March, 2022 from the Block Development Officer (BDO) to the Additional District Magistrate on subject of submission of factual report in the earlier contempt case of applicant (CONTC no.2922 of 2021). She submits there has been compliance of the directions in order dated 6th May, 2020, made by co-ordinate Bench, disposing of applicant’s writ petition.

3. By said order dated 6th May, 2020, the authority was directed to consider the representation filed by petitioner and pass appropriate order in accordance with law. It appears from the factual report, relied upon by alleged contemner that applicant upon obtaining first installment under the housing scheme, applicant thereafter claimed to have completed construction by showing his daughter-in-law’s house, also constructed under the scheme. In the circumstances, Court is not surprised that applicant has not appeared.

4. The contempt proceeding is dropped and the application dismissed.
