Three weeks further time is prayed and allowed to the Petitioner to file their evidence affidavits. Mr. Bhishm Pratap appears on behalf of the
Respondents and submits that they have been recently engaged in the matter by the Respondents. One week's time is granted to the Respondents to
file fresh Vakalatnama in the matter. The Respondents may file their evidence affidavits within three weeks after filing of the same by the Petitioner.
