Jaswant Singh, J.@mdashPrayer in this petition u/s 482 Code of Criminal Procedure, is for seeking protection to life and liberty of both the Petitioners, who claim themselves to be major and allegedly performed marriage on 18.11.2010 against the wishes of parents (Respondent No. 5 and 6) of Petitioner No. 1-wife. Having performed marriage against the wishes of aforesaid Respondents, now Petitioners apprehend threat to their life at the hands of said Respondents. It is further stated that the couple is residing at H. No. 695, A Block, Subhash Colony, Ballabgarh, Faridabad, whereas Respondents 5 and 6 are residing at Subhash Colony, Near Janta Modern School, Opp. Piple Mandir, Ballabgarh, Distt. Faridabad.

2. After hearing the learned Counsel for the Petitioners and keeping in view the directions issued by the Hon''ble Supreme Court in the case of Lata Singh Vs. State of U.P. and Another, , the present petition is disposed of with a direction to Petitioners to present themselves before SP Faridabad, and to make a detailed representation expressing therein their grievance and threat perception. In case, any such representation is made, the SP concerned shall look into the matter personally and take appropriate action, if so warranted in accordance with law.

3. Petition stands disposed of.
