Learned counsel appearing for the Accused/Respondent No.1. has filed Compliance Affidavit in this Court on 19.06.2023. stating that the order of the
learned Single Judge is complied with by issuing an Endorsement dated 13.06.2023, a copy whereof avails at Annexure-R1 to the same. Therefore,
the grievance of the Complainant does not survive for consideration and Complaint of Contempt and is accordingly disposed off. Notice is discharged.
It is needless to mention that if the Complainant is aggrieved of the subject Endorsement, he may avail appropriate remedies by challenging the same if
so advised.
