I.A. No.06 of 2023 is an application filed by Learned Government Advocate on behalf of the State-Respondents No.1 and 2, seeking adjournment on
grounds that the Learned Advocate General, who is to conduct this matter is unable to appear before this Court today, on account of some personal
difficulty.
Learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioners submits that he is prepared with the matter, however, as personal difficulty has been projected, he has no
objection.
This matter has been filed in the year 2020 and numerous adjournments have been sought for by the State-Respondents on various grounds. Let it be
noted that this is the final opportunity afforded to all the parties in the matter, no further time on any ground whatsoever to any shall be permitted.
I.A. No.06 of 2023 stands disposed of accordingly.
