When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is stated that an affidavit dated 12.02.2024 has been filed wherein the details of five packages have been mentioned, out of which the parties submitted that the issue is with regard to Package No.3, which is extracted below:

Shillong-Dawki (Pkg-III): Alignment is under finalization. DPR is under progress.

Shillong-Dawki (Pkg-III): Alignment of Pynursla Bypass could not be finalized due to objection raised by local people.

Learned Additional Advocate General seeks three weeks’ time to find out the feasibility of giving quietus to the issue. At his request, post the matter on 26.02.2024.
