Heard Mr. P.T. Sangma, learned counsel for the petitioner.

An affidavit in support of service of notice upon respondents No. 4, 5 and 6 has been filed by the petitioner, wherein a letter dated 16.02.2024 issued by the Meghalaya Postal Division has been appended. As per the letter, the notice upon the said respondents have been duly served. However, when the matter was called out today, none appeared for the respondents No. 4, 5 and 6.

Mr. N.D. Chullai, learned AAG prays for grant of some time inorder to enable him to obtain necessary instruction in the matter.
