1. SEBI (Applicant / Original Respondent) has filed a Misc. Application seeking modification to the timelines imposed by this Tribunal vide its order

dated March 8, 2024 in the proceeding under Show Cause Notice (SCN) dated May 17, 2023 issued in the case of OPG Securities Private Limited

and Others. Modification have been sought on the grounds that due to work related prior commitments of the main witness and the Whole Time

Member (WTM), it has become difficult to adhere to the timelines laid down.

2. The prayer made by the Applicant is accepted and the schedule laid down is modified as under:-

(i) The cross-examination of the Original Appellants / OPG Securities Private Limited may take place for three hours each day upto 7 days on any

days between April 9 to 22, 2024.

(ii) Final hearing before the WTM may take place between May 1 to 10, 2024.

(iii) SEBI is given time upto June 30, 2024 to complete the proceedings initiated pursuant to the direction of this Tribunal in paragraph 266(g) to (i) of

order dated January 23, 2023 in Appeal No. 184 of 20219.

3. The Misc. Application is disposed of.
