Caveat petition has been filed by the respondents No.1,2 & 3 in connection of this appeal and Mr. S.M. Chakraborty, learned senior counsel assisted by Ms. A. Pal, learned counsel have entered appearance for them.
Mr. Chakraborty, learned senior counsel submits that he has not yet received the copy of the memo of appeal and another date may be fixed so that he can participate in the hearing on admission of the matter.
Mr. D. Deb, learned counsel appearing for the appellant has supplied the copy of memo of appeal along with a set of documents and copy of petition for stay to Mr. Chakraborty, learned senior counsel.
