Heard the Parties.
Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Chakradharpur P.S. Case No. 07/2024, registered under Sections 21/22 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, West Singhbhum at Chaibasa.
It is alleged that two grams of brown sugar is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
It was submitted that the quantum of seized contraband comes within the purview of small quantity.
Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, West Singhbhum at Chaibasa in connection with Chakradharpur P.S. Case No. 07/2024.
