1.  This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. The Petitioner in this CMP prays for a direction for early disposal of C.S. No.1815 of 2022 stated to be pending in the Court of learned Civil Judge
(Senior Division), Bhubaneswar.
3. Mr. Jena, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that issues in the suit were framed on 29th January, 2024 and thereafter direction was made to
file documents. In the meantime, the Plaintiff has already filed her evidence in affidavit. But, learned trial Court is not taking diligent step to proceed
with the trial of the suit. She, therefore, finding no other alternative has filed this CMP.
3. Order sheet of the suit has not been filed along with this CMP. Thus, this Court is not in a position to ascertain the up-to-date status of the suit. This
Court is also aware of docket of learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bhubaneswar. Thus, a direction for early disposal of the suit at this stage will
not be proper. If the Plaintiff-Petitioner has any urgency, she may file appropriate application before learned trial Court for its consideration.
4. With the aforesaid observation, this CMP is disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
