1. Applicant is in judicial custody in FIR No.0017 of 2024, under Sections 305, 324(4), 351(3), 3(5), 317(2) and 331(4) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita,

2023, Police Station Mukteshwar, District Nainital.

2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

3. It is argued by learned counsel for the applicant that co-accused, having similar role, has already been granted bail.

4. This fact is admitted by learned State Counsel.

5. Having considered, this Court is of the view that it is a case fit for bail and the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail.

6. The bail application is allowed.

7. Let the applicant be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each in the like amount, to the

satisfaction of the court concerned.
