Syed Murtaza Ahamad, learned counsel and the Joint Secretary of the High Court Bar Association of Manipur submitted that due to the Curfew imposed by the State Government and on account of shutdown of the internet services in the State of Manipur, all the Advocates are facing difficulties in getting the cause list as well as preparation of the cases. The learned counsel further submitted that because of the said conditions, the members of the Bar are unable to attend this court and conduct their cases.

The learned counsel, accordingly, prays on behalf of all the members of the Bar for adjourning the hearing of the cases listed today on another date. The learned counsel further prays for extending the interim order passed earlier till the next date.

In view of the submission made above, let this case be listed again on 13.01.2025.
