1. In both these cases no one was appearing earlier and the petitioner was appearing in person in W.P.(Cr.) No.58 of 2023.

2. Today when the matter was taken up Ms. Anjali Kumar the learned counsel submits that she has been appointed to appear in both the cases and she seeks time to examine the counter affidavit and file rejoinder to the counter affidavit filed by the respondent no.8. She submits that she will remove the surviving defects within a week. She submits that she will file Vaklatnama on behalf of the petitioner in W.P.(Cr.) No.696 of 2024 in course of the day. Let her do so. She seeks time to examine the counter affidavit and file rejoinder to the same.

3. Ms. Jyoti Singh @ Jyoti Tiwari, appearing in person who is respondent no.8 submits that suppressing several facts the present writ petitions have been filed and she has already served the counter affidavit upon the learned counsel for the petitioner, however, the same was not presented in the Registry as the matter was on Board and today is the first day of opening after Deepawali Vacation.

4. In view of her such submission, counter affidavit is taken on record.

5. By way of last indulgence, let these petitions appear on 06.12.2024.
