Ms. W. Geetarani, Joint Secretary of the High Court Bar Association of Manipur submitted that in view of the total shutdown called by the thirteen Civil Society Organizations in the entire State of Manipur, the members of the bar are unable to attend court today. The learned counsel, accordingly, made a prayer on behalf of the members of the bar for taking up the matters on another date. The learned counsel further prays that if there is any interim order passed earlier, the same may be extended till the next date of hearing.
In view of the submission made above and as prayed for, list this case again on 04-12-2024.
