Sri.Shanthkumar., counsel on behalf of Sri.Manjesh.H.M., for the appellants and Sri.B.S.Nagaraj., counsel for caveator/ respondent No.1 have appeared in person.
Counsel for the appellants submits that a memo has been filed stating that the appeal may be dismissed as withdrawn. Counsel therefore, submits that the memo may be placed on record and the appeal may be dismissed as withdrawn.
When queried, counsel Sri.Shanthkumar., submits that a conscious decision is taken about withdrawal of the appeal and if an order is passed, the appellants will not seek for recalling of the order or file Review Petition.
