1. No one appears on behalf of the petitioner.
2. This case was filed in the year 2017.
3. There are several defects in this case and this case is coming for third time.
4. The case was listed on 13.07.2017 before the Lawazima Bench, in spite of that the defects were not removed. This case was listed before this
Court on 06.07.2018 and further on 02.02.2022 when time was granted to remove the defects but till date the defects have not been removed.
5. Thus, it seems that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing this case.
6. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for default.
