1. No one appears on behalf of the petitioner.
2. This case was filed in the year 2021.
3. There are several defects in this case and this case is coming for second time.
4. The case was listed on 20.07.2021 and 11.11.2022 before the Lawazima Bench, in spite of that the defects were not removed. Further, this case
was listed before this Court on 27.01.2023 when time was granted to remove the defects but till date the defects have not been removed.
5. Thus, it seems that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing this case.
6. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for default.
