1. The present contempt case has been filed for initiating contempt proceeding against the opposite party no.2 for his wilful and deliberate violation of
the order dated 7th December, 2023 passed in W.P.(S) No.1427 of 2023 and other analogous cases.
2. Mr. Ajit Kumar, learned A.C. to G.A.V, refers to paragraph no.5 of the show cause affidavit dated 28th October, 2024 filed on behalf of the
opposite party no.2 (wrongly mentioned as opposite party no.3), which reads as under:-
“5. That it is most respectfully and humbly submitted that in view of the aforesaid order the Secretary, incharge Department of School Education and
Literacy Department after reviewing relevant documents provided by the Secretary, Department of Planning - cum- Finance Department has passed a reasoned
order rejecting the claims of the petitioner vide order no.336/ Vidhi dated 10.06.2024.â€
3. It is, thus, submitted that the aforesaid order of this Court has been complied.
4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering that in compliance of the order of this Court, the opposite party no.2 has passed the
order no.336/Vidhi dated 10th June, 2024 (Annexure-A to the said show cause affidavit), this Court does not wish to further proceed in the matter.
The contempt proceeding as against the opposite party no.2 is hereby dropped.
5. The present contempt case stands disposed of.
6. The petitioner is, however, at liberty to take appropriate recourse against the aforesaid order dated 10th June, 2024 passed by the opposite party
no.2 as permissible under law.
7. I.A. No.3971 of 2024 is also disposed of.
