1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State. Perused the materials available on record.
2. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 19.01.2024 passed in B.A. No.11197 of 2023.
3. The trial is in progress and out of 08 prosecution witnesses, 06 prosecution witnesses have already been examined and it has been submitted by
learned A.P.P., that the other two prosecution witnesses will be examined within a month.
4. Considering the pace of the trial and since it is in progress, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
5. Accordingly, this Bail Application stands DISMISSED.
6. The Trial Court should make all endeavour to conclude the trial as early as possible.
7. It is made clear that the prosecution will produce the remaining witnesses within a month and once the witnesses are produced, the Trial Court will
not adjourn their examination.
