1. By means of the writ petition, petitioner has sought indulgence of this Court for a direction to respondent no.6 to stop using the letter pad and receipt book of Uttarakhand Rajya Prathmik Shikshak Sangh.

2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that respondent is taking illegal money from the Teachers and using the office and property of respondent no.6.

3. A pointed query was made to learned counsel for the petitioner that as to whether the petitioner was asked any money or subscription by respondent.

4. In reply, learned counsel for the petitioner categorically stated that neither he has been asked for money nor he has ever paid any money to respondent, who allegedly using letter pad and receipt book of respondent no.6.

5. Thus it is clear that no cause of action in favour of the petitioner arises to maintain the present writ petition.

6. Accordingly the writ petition is dismissed in limine.
