1. Sri Siddharth B Muchandi, learned counsel for the appellant has filed retirement memo.
2. In view of that, the Court has issued Court notice to the appellant. The said Court notice though served on the appellant, he has not appeared either
personally or through his counsel.
3. It appears the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the appeal.
4. Hence the appeal is dismissed for non prosecution.
