1. In this contempt petition filed on 20.04.2024, contempt of court is alleged in respect of the directions issued by learned Single Judge in order passed

as back as on 05.09.2018.

2. In any view, compliance affidavit is filed which is placed on record by learned Additional Government Advocate Smt. Pramodhini Kishan to submit

that the directions of learned Single Judge are taken care of and one of the applicants is also granted the pay band and whereas the other is held to be

not eligible in view of the criteria to be applied.

3. In view of the same, without going into the aspect of maintainability of the belated contempt petition, it is disposed of.
