1. Heard Shri Ankur Verma, learned counsel for the applicant. Nobody is present on behalf of the respondents.

2. This Original Application u/s 19 of the Administrative Tribunal Act, 1985 has been filed seeking following relief:-

“8.(a) That by means of an order or direction quashing the order dated 12.10.2023 passed by the Under Secretary, (Admin-V) Union

Public Service Commission, New Delhi

(b) That by means of a suitable order or direction commanding the respondent authorities to forthwith grant appointment to the applicant on

the post of Multi-Tasking Staff in pursuance to advertisement issued in the year 2019 known as ""Multi Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff

Examination 2019.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant states that by the afflux of time the matter has become infructuous as the relief prayed by the applicant for grant

of appointment on the post of Multi-Tasking Staff has been granted.

4. Prayer made by the learned counsel for the applicant has been accepted.

5. Under these circumstances, the instant Original Application is dismissed as having become infructuous.

6. Interim Relief, if any stands discharged.

7. M.A., if any stand disposed of accordingly. No costs.
