1. The petitioners herein, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 01.06.2025 in P.R.C.No.15 of 2025 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheyyar, Tiruvannamalai, for the offences punishable under Sections 103 @ 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 137(2), 103(2) and 190 of BNS in Crime No.117 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent police, seek bail. The earlier bail application of the petitioners was dismissed by this Court, vide order dated 19.09.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.25884 of 2025 on the following reasons:

"Considering the fact that though final report was filed, these petitioner are having bad antecedents and this Court has also dismissed the bail petition filed by the co-accused/A8 in Crl.O.P.No.24559 of 2025 on 17.09.2025. Hence, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners."

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the co-accused was released on bail; that the investigation of the case was completed and final report also filed and the petitioners are in judicial custody since 01.06.2025, he prays to grant bail to the petitioners.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

4. This Court while dismissing the earlier bail application of the petitioners had considered the very same points raised by the learned counsel for the petitioners and since there is no change of circumstances after dismissal of the earlier bail application of the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.25884 of 2025, once again revisiting the very same points is not permissible, hence this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

5. Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
