1. This petition is filed by accused No. 1 – Sri. Karthik Shetty under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, (hereinafter referred to as `BNSS’) praying to grant bail in crime No. 109/2025 of Kavoor Police Station, Mangalore, D.K. District, for offence under Sections 8(c), 21(c), 22(c) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (hereinafter referred to as the `NDPS Act’).

2. Learned HCGP files a memo with copy of order dated 03.11.2025 passed in Spl.C. No. 176/2025. In the said order petitioner herein has been granted bail in crime No. 109/2025 of Kavoor Police Station, Mangalore, D.K. District.

3. Since the petitioner has been granted bail by the trial Court, the present petition seeking bail in the same crime does not survive for consideration. Hence, petition is disposed of as it does not survive for consideration.
