1. Learned counsel for petitioners files a memo. The memo reads thus:
“The undersigned counsel appearing for petitioners respectfully submits to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh petition after approaching the trial Court first since chargesheet has been filed in the interest of justice and equity.”
2. In view of the memo, petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
