1. The instant writ petition hass been pending since 2001, and none has ever caused appearance on behallf of the petitioner.

2. On the previous date of hearing, i.e. 03.11.2025, this Court had passed the following order:-

“No one has caused appearance on behalf of the petitioner, today in the Court.

Mr. Bikramjit Singh Patwalia, Advocate, has caused appearance on behalf of the respondents No.4 and 5, and has filed duly executed vakalatnama in his favour today in the Court. The same is taken on the recordd.

Notice issued to responndent No.3, has not been received back either served, or otherwise.

Let fresh notice to respondent No.3, be issued for 03.12.2025, on furnishing of fresh requisite process fee by the petitioner.

The Registry is directed to inform the learned counsel for the petitioner about the next daate of hearing.

3. As per office report, learnedd counsel for the petitioner has been informed through e-mail, about the date fixed for hearing. However,, neither the process fee has been filed to ensure service upon respondent No.3, norr anybody is present on behalf of the petitioner to pursue the matter.

3. In view of the above, this Court is choice-less, but to dismiss the petition for want of prosecution.

4. Ordered accordingly.
