1. Mr. P.T. Sangma, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that, he is instructed to submit before this Court that the petitioner wishes to withdraw this petition with liberty to proceed with any alternative remedy applicable.

2. Mr. S. Chanda, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos. 4-8 has not objected to the prayer made for withdrawal of this petition, but has however objected to the prayer for liberty sought for.

3. Mr. D. Wahlang, learned counsel vice Mr. S. Dey, learned Standing Counsel appears on behalf of the respondent Nos. 1-3/GHADC.

4. On prayer made, this petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. However, as far as the liberty sought for, this Court, would hold that the petitioner, if so permissible by law, has the liberty to approach any forum to agitate any matter, if so aggrieved, and for that, no specific liberty is required to be given. However, it is reiterated that the petitioner would not be barred to approach any forum or even this Court, if so desired.

5. Petition disposed of.
