On 30-10-2025, it was recorded by this Court that Ms. Tshering Uden Sherpa, Advocate for the Applicant had retired. She is now replaced by Learned Counsel Ms. Rinchen Ongmu Bhutia and has filed Vakalatnama.
Learned Senior Counsel for the Applicant seeks some time to file a better Affidavit with regard to the delay, in view of the fact that in Paragraph 7 reflects delay of “197 days” whereas in the prayer portion it is indicated as “99 days”.
Learned Counsel for the Respondent objects to the submissions made by Learned Senior Counsel.
Considered. In the interest of justice, let better affidavit be filed by the Applicant.
