1. Dr. N. Mozika, learned Senior counsel assisted by Ms. M. Myrchiang, learned counsel for the respondents today has produced a letter dated 09.12.2025, wherein it is stated a fresh PPO has been generated and allotted in respect of the petitioner, Smti Goyoni Marak.
2. In view of this development, nothing survives for further consideration in the matter, and the same is accordingly disposed of.
3. It is expected that the pension be released as expeditiously as possible.
