A fresh order has been passed on 21.11.2025 under Section 31 of the Tripura Building Rules, 2017 by the respondent, which has been placed at Page-80 of the contempt petition along with an affidavit of compliance filed by the said official, who is the respondent No.2 in the contempt case.
In this view of the matter, the contempt case is closed since there is compliance with the order passed by this Court in W.A. No.36 of 2023 on 14.08.2024 granting liberty to the petitioner to assail the same, if she is so aggrieved by the said order.
