1. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the writ petitioner represented that he has filed a Memo dated 08.12.2025, before the Registry seeking permission to withdraw the present writ petition and the same is placed on record.
2. Perused the Memo filed by the learned counsel for the writ petitioner.
3. Accordingly, the Memo filed by the learned counsel for the writ petitioner is recorded and the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
