1. The 1st respondent herein filed O.S.No.11 of 2020 on the file of learned Senior Civil Judge, Bobbili, against the 2nd respondent herein for recovery of money based on a promissory note. The said suit was decreed against the 2nd respondent vide judgment and decree dated 03.11.2021. The 1st respondent filed E.P.No.10 of 2022, for realization of the amount. In E.P.No.10 of 2022, the petitioner herein filed E.A.No.50 of 2023 under Order XXI Rule 58 of the Code of Civil Procedure, claiming rights based on agreement of sale dated 25.08.2020 said to have been executed by the 2nd respondent. The said E.A.No.50 of 2023 was dismissed by the Executing Court vide order dated 15.04.2025. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner herein preferred A.S.No.29 of 2025 on the file of learned Principal District Judge, Vizianagaram. Pending the appeal, the petitioner filed I.A.No.1325 of 2025 seeking stay of all further proceedings in E.P.No.10 of 2022 in O.S.No.11 of 2020 on the file of learned Senior Civil Judge, Bobbili. The present Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the trial Court for expeditious disposal of I.A.No.1325 of 2025.

2. Heard Sri C.Subodh, learned counsel for petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that it would suffice to direct the trial Court to dispose of the I.A.No.1325 of 2025 in A.S.No.29 of 2025 as expeditiously as possible.

4. Therefore, without going into merits of the matter, the present Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, directing the learned Principal District Judge, Vizianagaram, to dispose of I.A.No.1325 of 2025 in A.S.No.29 of 2025, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of ten (10) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any shall stand closed.
