Ajai Lamba, J.@mdashThis petition has been filed u/s 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in case FIR No. 3 dated 4.1.2009 under Sections 394, 397, 411 IPC and Section 25 of Arms Act, registered with Police Station, Sadar, Sonipat.

2. Learned Counsel for the respondent-State, on instructions from Jai Parkash, Assistant Sub Inspector, at the very outset has pointed out that the petitioner is involved in two earlier cases of similar nature. So far as the present case is concerned, the vehicle was snatched. The driver was assaulted. The money available was also taken away. So far as the legal evidence so as to connect the petitioner is concerned, recoveries have been effected which connect the petitioner with the offence.

3. In view of the antecedents and nature of offence committed by the petitioner, no ground to allow bail to the petitioner is made out.

4. The petition is dismissed.

5. However, in view of the custody of the petitioner, the Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
